即兴戏剧，一场打破常规的创造力狂欢！它摒弃剧本的束缚，以“Yes, And”为法则，让每个参与者成为故事的共创者。通过即兴肢体游戏、无逻辑台词接龙，甚至观众拍手叫停的“抢角”机制，每个人都能在笑声中体验思维碰撞的魔力。无论是社恐青年还是艺术爱好者，带上开放的心态，就能在2小时的工作坊尽情释放。
活动流程：
1，戏剧热身小游戏，自我介绍
2 语言类的表演拓展，思维类的趣味游戏
3 即兴表演的长剧或短剧的创作和展现
4 合影，check out 总结环节。
